VIPLOCA TERMS OF USE AND MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties and Definitions

This Terms of Use and Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between all users ("User") who will use the services provided by VIPLOCA and Trairx Technology O.Ü ("VIPLOCA").

2. Service Description

VIPLOCA is a platform offering luxury restaurant reservations, private booth bookings, premium memberships, and access to exclusive events.

3. Membership and Registration Conditions

To become a member of VIPLOCA, the User must register with a valid email address and identification details.

The User declares the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

VIPLOCA reserves the right to reject membership applications or suspend existing memberships without providing a reason.

4. Terms of Use

Users must comply with the specified conditions when making reservations through VIPLOCA.

VIPLOCA reserves the right to change or discontinue its services at any time.

Users may not use VIPLOCA's services for illegal or abusive purposes.

5. Payments and Fees

Reservations and services made through VIPLOCA may be subject to fees.

The User agrees to the payment terms specified at the time of reservation.

VIPLOCA ensures secure transactions through its payment providers.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users must submit cancellation and refund requests within the specified period defined by VIPLOCA.

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the specified period.

7. Personal Data Protection

The User agrees that VIPLOCA may process personal data in accordance with the KVKK and Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

VIPLOCA is not responsible for the services provided by restaurants, events, or other third-party service providers.

9. Agreement Amendments

VIPLOCA reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
